| Delivery time is generally 1-2 business days by express or 7-10 business days (usually less) by standard from the time your package leaves our warehouse, depending on the service you have selected. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to re-route a package once it has been released to our carriers.
We currently offer Standard Ground and Express Overnight service. Please note that Express Overnight service may sometimes take up to 3 days to process before it leaves our warehouse.

Sales Tax:
US Customers:
Since Shear Integrity is located in the state of New York, we are required to charge our customers sales tax on goods purchased and shipped within New York state.
Canadian Customers:
Canadian customers ordering from shearintegrity.com to have goods shipped to a Canadian destination are required to pay the 7% GST imposed by Canada Customs & Revenue Agency. Other taxes or tarriffs may also apply. Additional information on shipping costs can be found here.
International Customers:
Customers outside of the United States and Canada are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to shearintegrity.com.
