RETURN POLICY
A 15%-30% restocking fee will apply to all returned items requesting a cash refund. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving order and without RA number and not subject to any restocking fees.
To return an item for return or exchange call Shear Integrity at 212-740-0723 for a Return Authorization number. Return shipments without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
You are responsible for Insurance and Packing when returning an item.
Returns for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are special order customized with name engraving are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items returned for an exchange must be undamaged, in the original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, tags and all accessories. Any damaged goods will be refused for an exchange or refund. For health reasons, there are absolutely NO Exchanges or Returns on Personal Care items such as brushes and combs.
You may cancel any time prior to the order being processed and shipped without any cancellation charge. Processed and shipped orders will be subject to charges incurred by the manufacturer.
All sales are final except for goods damaged in shipping or if wrong the product was shipped in which case Shear Integrity will make an exchange.

Your scissors are an extension of your very being and in your hands most of your working life. Make sure they come back after servicing with Pristine edges and perform 100% or better! *Void if sharpened elsewhere!
Shipping charges are calculated and vary based on distance and destination. $15 for the first pound.
Once a package leaves our office in the hands of a recognized Shipping Company we no longer assume responsibility for the package.
Shipping expenses incurred while receiving or returning a product are nonrefundable.

Please note that Shear Integrity cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. To minimize the risk of damage, we kindly ask that you ensure all items are securely wrapped and well-padded before shipping. This will help to ensure that your items arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped.
