the carbon within the molecular structure, making the FRIODUR® blade harder. This makes the steel extremely
durable and able to hold sharp for an extremely long time.

High-end blade form with precision down to one-hundredth of a millimeter thanks to CNC grinding technology and BLC (backlight & computer-aided) bending process combined with the adjustable, self-contained flat SMART SPIN screw system allows incomparably
easy, perfect cutting action.

SHARPNESS
Convex blades with fully integrated cutting edges and a highly acute cutting edge angle for maximum sharpness. Perfectly
suited to slice cutting thanks to hollow grinding and DC honing.
