*Returns for Refund or Exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that are special order customized with name engraving are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items returned for an exchange must be undamaged, in the original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, tags and all accessories.
Any damaged goods will be refused for an exchange or refund. For Health and Sanitation policy, there are absolutely NO Exchanges or Returns on Personal Care items such as brushes and combs.
